Tiffiany has had an amazing 26 years in the industry and has been working at Spa on The Boulevard since 2013.  Tiffiany received advanced education at the Wella Academy in New York and graduated with her Wella Master Color Expert certification.  She specializes in color and haircut transformations and has a passion for cutting short hair.  Tiffiany has a philosophy- that at any age as long as you look in the mirror and love what your see that is what you should do.  She loves the family atmosphere at the Spa, and you will always see Tiffiany assisting her team!  The secret to her customer experience- listening and understanding her customers wants and needs.

Tammy Jones

Platinum Stylist & Hair Department Manager

Tammy has been in the beauty industry an amazing 30 years! Prior to joining the Spa on The Boulevard family six years ago, she was owner of her own salon. She specializes in all aspects of hair color, precision cutting, texture services and formal styling. Tammy loves making people feel beautiful and believes a thorough consultation is key to being able to deliver the results her clients are looking for.

Leslie received her training from the Robert Paul Academy and has been in the industry for over a decade now. She joined the Spa on The Boulevard family three years ago. She specializes in color, cutting, extensions and keratin services. She holds advanced certifications from Wella and Goldwell. Leslie's goal when working with each guest is to not only leave them feeling beautiful with their end result but also enhance their self-esteem. The keys to delivering the best client experience are a thorough consultation, communication, staying on time and professionalism.

Morgan Flurry @morganflurryhair

Gold Level Designer

Morgan has been in the Hair industry for over 3 years and with the Salon by Debbie Spas family for over 2 years.  She received her education from Paul Mitchell Academy and joined our New Talent Program where Morgan trained under Lisa Sautter.  During the New Talent Program Morgan fine-tuned all of her skill sets and outshined in all technical abilities and retail knowledge.  In 2020- Morgan was nominated for Best Stylist in Baltimore Styles Readers’ Choice Awards.  Morgan believes that your hair is the crown that you never take off.  Enhancing your outer beauty reflects your inner beauty.  A clear and in-depth consultation is the key Morgan needs for a great client experience.  She will always give her clients her undivided attention so that she can ensure they receive the service they want.  Morgan loves to create relationships with her clients and helping them find a look that feels like their best self.

Bridgit has been working with the Spa on The Boulevard team as a hairstylist and makeup artist since 2017. After graduating from the Aveda Institute, Bridgit received advanced education as a participant in the Spa on The Boulevard New Talent program. Her specialties include all aspects of hair color, cutting, formal styling, balayage and double process blonding. Bridgit has received awards for her hair and makeup artistry. Her favorite part of the job is getting to meet new people and make connections. She looks for positivity in all things and prides herself on being able to read her clients. She always makes it a point to have alternative options available to her clients when they may request something that isn't exactly a perfect fit for their hair type.

Emily has been in the Hair industry for over 9 years and with Spa on The Boulevard for over 7 years.  She received her education from Robert Paul Academy and joined our New Talent Program where Emily trained under an Aveda Educator.  During the New Talent Program Emily fine-tuned all of her skill sets and outshined in all technical abilities and retail knowledge.   She is also Wella and Goldwell Color Certified.  Her beauty philosophy is- when you make people feel beautiful on the outside, they feel beautiful on the inside.  Communication, honesty and cheer are the most important aspects when delivering a good client experience.  Emily’s favorite part of her job is building long-lasting relationships with her guests and making them feel good about themselves.

We welcomed Sarah to the Spa on The Boulevard team in 2022. She is Graham Webb and Aveda trained. When asked to write her own job title she replied "happiness maker". She is most complimented on her classic bob cuts and loves being able to help her guest create a "new you". Sarah is a dreamer and a creative who loves bringing joy to anyone who has a seat in her chair through  the art of customer service. If Sarah was a superhero, her super power would be to have a great hair day every day with a wave of her magic wand!

Allison joined the Spa on The Boulevard team in 2022 after receiving her Cosmetology license from Harford Tech in 2017. As a graduate of our New Talent program, Allison had the privilege of partnering with our most experienced stylists to gain a true perspective of what life is like on the salon floor. She is most complimented on her highlighting skills as well as her use of the root melt technique. The key to providing her guests with a memorable, quality experience is the gift of listening and performing a thorough consultation. She wants her clients to feel amazing about their new found style while maintaining the health and integrity of their hair.

New Talent Stylist

Cassy first joined our Hair Stylists as a Shampoo Assistant in 2022. She has since become a New Talent Stylist and is partnered with Morgan, Gold Designer and New Talent Mentor. Together with Morgan, Cassy is bridging the gap between cosmetology school and real life on the salon floor. During her time in this program she is focused on refining her color, cut and finishing skills as well as perfecting the art of a thorough consultation. In addition to shadowing with Morgan's clients, Cassy is now accepting models to continue her education. Upon completion of The New Talent Program, Cassy will be a Silver Stylist on the team.

Diane has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years and has spent the last 11within the Salon by Debbie family of spas. Diane ' s areas of expertise include facials, waxing, lash lifts & tints and facial cupping. Diane is also certified by Hydrafacial. When asked what her beauty philosophy is based upon, she replied " I believe everyone deserves to look and feel their absolute best. In general, people do not take enough time for themselves. We are busy taking care of the needs of other and not much me time is left. It is important that all of my clients know that I am here for them".

Kristen joined the Spa on The Boulevard family in 2019. Her specialties include facials, makeup, waxing and peels. She is also Hydrafacial and NovaLash certified. Helping clients to relax and refresh by offering them a personalized experience is Kristen's favorite part of the job. Coming together during consultation to create a list of achievable skin goals is a key part of a visit to Kristen's treatment room.

Tyanna joined our spa family in 2021. As a graduate of Aveda Institute Maryland, she is a self described skincare enthusiast, obsessed with everything beauty industry related! She is most complimented on her makeup artistry skills and her ideal client is someone who wants only the best for their skin and is ready to commit to the time it takes to achieve that goal. Key to delivering a memorable experience for her guests, Tyanna strives to include special touches in each of her treatments such as selecting appropriate essential oils, implementing different breathing techniques for relaxation and doing her best to take away any stress her guest may be experiencing that day. Time in Tyanna's room is a place to escape from it all and spend a little part of your day just being able to be you!

She likes to be a cheerleader for her guests and wants everyone feeling their absolute best when they leave her treatment room. Claire is a life long Baltimore girl and a Ravens & O's fan! She loves old movies and a good margarita. She loves all foods made from a potato. An avid animal lover, Claire has 3 dogs adn 2 cats. She loves karaoke night with friends and family and can't live without coffee!

Samantha Gilliland

Massage Therapist

Sam joined the Spa on The Boulevard team during the summer of 2021. She has been practicing massage for over five years. Her areas of specialty include deep tissue, injury repair and repeat problem areas. A session with Sam doesn't end when the time is up, she aims to educate about the importance of massage and offers thorough knowledge of the body, the areas she has treated and why. She is focused on giving recommendations for lasting results. In addition to massage, Sam also conducts Sound Bath Meditative Healing sessions. Sound bath, or vibrational therapy is a meditative and sensory experience with deep roots in cultures around the globe that is thousands of years old. Sound Bath sessions with Sam can be held individually or in groups as well as during couples massage services.

Darnell received his massage certifications at The Baltimore School of Massage and The Gibbons School of Massage in Cleveland, Ohio. Before joining our team in 2023, he was named "Massage Therapist of the Year 2021"at his former spa. He is a self proclaimed Life Extender, Muscle Healer and Light Worker. Darnell's ultimate goal is to help his guests reach and maintain their maximum comfort and wellness. He views massage as an art and pays close attention to the details of what his guests' muscles are telling him and the pressure they need to become their most relaxed. He has a great passion for serving others and doing his best to provide an experience unlike any other. If Darnell was a super hero, his super power would be automatic healing, by raising spiritual vibration to the point of ultimate health, strength and happiness.

Sole joined the Spa on The Boulevard team in Spring of 2023. As graduate of Massage and Bodywork Academy in Delaware, her style is focused on relaxation. Over her several years of experience, she has crafted her touch to accomodate various depths of pressure from feather light to deep tissue. She believes stress is the cause of so many challenges within the body and she utilizes a variety of relaxation techniques to help resolve numerous conditions. Sole always makes sure to customize her massage to each of her guests' individual needs. When Sole is not in session, she is Mama to 3 fur babies and is always discovering new hobbies to enjoy and loves living her life to the fullest.

Licensed for over two decades, Teresa joined the Spa on The Boulevard team in 2024. As an LPN, Theresa combines her nursing knowledge with her passion for massage. The two studies compliment each other more often than not. The best piece of advice Teresa has been given is learn to listen and meet people where they are on this journey called life. She is most complimented on her compassionate touch and creating a safe place for healing to begin. Teresa specializes in deep tissue work with a special focus on the head, neck and shoulders. When asked about a recent experience, Teresa's guest replied "she can talk with her hands".
