Realign your energy system with this unique aromatherapy treatment, based on a Native American healing ritual. Nine pure plant aromatherapy blends are gently dropped along your spine one by one, like raindrops. Feather-light massage strokes help to awaken and soothe your nervous system while allowing your skin to absorb each blend. Sound bathing or vibrational therapy has been enjoyed throughout history from Ancient India to Medieval Europe. Bathing in sound waves, especially 528 Hz Solfreggio notes, also known as the Miracle Frequency, are known to repair DNA and can be found throughout nature in oxygen, rainbows, growing grass and the buzzing of bees. Being that the body is 60% water, it makes us as humans the perfect vessel to receive the energy produced by the melodies and vibrations of the crystal bowls, chimes and gongs. Scientific studies have proven this healing modality puts us into alignment and re-centers to a better state of well-being.
The intention of a sound bath session is to help you enter a deep state of relaxation. In this relaxed state, the frequencies of certain sounds target brain waves that open energy channels throughout the body inducing lower heart rate and blood pressure, improved sleep, expanded awareness and access to inner visions. Sensory conditions such as autism, learning disorders, anxiety, depression and insomnia have also demonstrated improvement via sound bath healing.
Sound bath sessions implement a variety of instruments such as crystal bowls, metal alloy gongs and chimes that combine to create warm and cool sounds. These warm and cool tones are grounding and nourishing.
